Good if you have the discipline. - I was eager to try this product since I really liked endothil-cr. I work in a clinic and had my blood oxygen levels tested while off oxydrene, and then again after finishing a bottle of this prodcut and while I dont remember the exact numbers The response from the lab tech was that my oxygen levels were at optimum when I was on oxydrene. Not that I had low oxygen levels before. So I overall did feel a boost in stamina and certainly would recommend this product....however I will only do so if you can deal with 2 capsules twice a day in between meals....a bit of a pain if you take other supplements but still worth it in my book.
